The DBST is an International School in Tehran dedicated to providing an exceptional education rooted in German culture to students aged 3 to 18 years. With a multicultural student body, DBST is committed to upholding German values, European educational traditions, and good relations with the host country Iran for more than 117 years.
We offer personalized education with the German Curriculum or the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum taught in English. The school provides a stimulating and contemporary learning environment that encourages critical thinking and cultivates a thirst for knowledge and creativity.

Campus and Services
Our state-of-the-art learning spaces, buildings, grounds, resources, and staff support extend the intellectual and creative capacity of our students. Our International school in Tehran is located on The British Embassy Garden, and the built and natural environments reflect our learning philosophy and create space for young minds to flourish. On-site, we have a fully equipped Health Centre, Counsellors, and after-school clubs that provide immediate care and advice for students during the school day.
